How often do you restock your products?
In order to keep processing times at a minimum, the store will be never be fully restocked all at once. Most collections will be restocked with limited quantities on different occasions, and all sales will be announced on our Instagram page ahead of time. Follow us at @firedrakeartistry for the most recent updates.

At this time, no. In order to keep processing and shipping on schedule, we simply do not have the time to take on orders outside the designs we already create.
Can I hang my shelf signs?

Unless the listing specifically states that the item is a "wall sign," all signs are meant to be shelf sitters or shelf decor. We love that our customers want to find new ways to display our designs, but if you choose to use them outside of their intended purpose, we are not liable for any damages this may incur.

Current production times are 4-6 weeks from the order date. We will always try to get our customers their items as soon as we can, but this is our most realistic timeframe. Traci hand makes each product herself!

At this time, our shipping is weight based, so we do not combine shipping if more than one order is placed. This is also for the protection of your products and to avoid damage from overpackaging.

Once your order is placed, no changes will be accepted beyond address changes. We do not add or remove items, combine shipping, or otherwise. All sales are final.

We currently ship internationally, with the exception of Germany (see below about the German Packaging Act).
International customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, taxes, (DAP) Delivered At Place, and/or fees associated with their country/region. We will not refund/return any fees associated/affiliated with those orders, including packages that have been refused by the customer or abandoned by the carrier.
German Packaging Act
Due to the updated German Packaging Act and it’s stringent and costly requirements, we are currently unable to sell directly to Germany. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

We do not accept returns unless your order was damaged in transit. If your items were received damaged, please contact us within 1 week of delivery to receive a replacement. Your items must be shipped back in order to receive your replacement or refund. Once received, a replacement will be sent to you. We will cover return shipping if your items were damaged in transit.

You can cancel your order up to 48 hours after placing it free of charge by emailing jessie@firedrakeartistry.com
After this 48 hour window, all sales are final.
