A Curse of Fate by Jaymin Eve ARC Book Review

A Curse of Fate by Jaymin Eve ARC Book Review

A Curse of Fate is the first book in Jaymin Eve’s new  Shifter City Fated Mates series.

This new, why choose, romantasy shifter series is absolutely my obsession. Due to release October 31st, 2024, and you guys are going to want to get your hands on it.

SPOILER WARNING:

Our story starts with Emmeline, an FMC worthy of all the praise. She is strong, independent, and streetsmart, which is definitely a winning combo in my book. Our headstrong heroine is fully convinced that bonding with her pack will lead to certain ruin, and does everything she can to resist the 4 sexy alpha shifters that fate has deemed as her true mates.

Fear of ending up like her mother has Emmeline trying her best to avoid the pack cities at all costs. Fate is a fickle bitch and our girl ends up in the last place she wants to be, in the den of the four most powerful alphas anyone in the shifter world has ever seen.

Attempting to avoid her mother’s fate, Emmeline does everything she can to reject the powerful shifters that are slowly weaving their way into her heart.  However, that proves to be a challenge with 4 cocky, dominating alphas that are not accustomed to being rejected.

Jaymin absolutely hit this one out of the park! The different shifters and various shifter cities across the country make for such an intriguing plot. It definitely delivers. I am going through a serious book hangover right now, just waiting on book two. I can’t praise her writing and this book enough. As a lover of all things paranormal romance, this is definitely a top shelf read!

A huge thank you to Jaymin’s team for the ARC copy and chance to review the first book in this series. I will anxiously be awaiting book 2.
